Rawabit Digital Directory — Terms & Conditions

By using Rawabit Digital Directory ("App") you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.

To use the App you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Pakistani citizen or legal resident
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Create only your own personal or business profile

Providing false information may result in immediate account suspension.

You are fully responsible for your account:

• Keep your password and login details secure
• Do not allow others to use your account
• Report any unauthorized access immediately: info@directorypk.com
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

By creating a profile you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and genuine
• The CNIC number belongs to you
• The photo is of you or your business
• No misleading, false or harmful content is included
• You are not creating a profile on behalf of another person

Violations may result in profile removal without notice.

• Package fees are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part
• Package duration begins after payment confirmation
• Upon expiry, the profile reverts to basic features
• We reserve the right to change prices — current active packages are unaffected
• Benefits earned via referral codes are at our discretion

The following are strictly prohibited:

• False, misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonating another person
• Harassment, hate speech or abusive content
• Advertising illegal services or products
• Attempting to damage or exploit the App's systems
• Scraping data using automated tools (bots)
• Copying App content for commercial purposes

• After submission, a union-council verifier reviews your profile
• Verification may take 1–7 working days
• If rejected, a reason will be provided and you may resubmit
• A verified profile displays a ✓ badge
• We reserve the right to decline verification of any profile

• The App's design, logo, name and content are the property of Rawabit Digital Directory
• You own the content you submit to your profile — you are responsible for it
• You grant us a licence to display your profile content in the directory
• You may not copy, sell or modify the App or its content

• You may close your account at any time: info@directorypk.com
• We may suspend or close any account without notice if:
— Terms are violated
— False or fraudulent information is found
— Required by law
• No refunds will be issued upon termination

• Rawabit Digital Directory is a directory platform — we do not guarantee any business
• The accuracy of profile information is solely the profile owner's responsibility
• We bear no liability for any transactions between users

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
